Our Story

Silverstone is the second act of a building company Kim and Elisia started in 1997, when they were nineteen and twenty. They built custom homes and cabinetry in eastern Arizona for over a decade, until the economic crisis of 2009 took most of it. The decade that followed was a rebuild — Elisia in real estate, Kim back in school, the building business essentially gone.

In 2019, a client asked them to help acquire land and build what would become known locally as the castle house — a large, distinctive custom home that pulled them back into building entirely. People stopped their cars at the jobsite. Three more homes came from that one project. Silverstone Luxury Homes, as it exists today, grew out of that return.

What they came back with was different from what they left. Twenty-plus years of building, a decade of real estate and design, the experience of losing it all and choosing to start again — all of it ended up inside the company. The result is a studio that approaches each home as something built to outlast the people who commission it. A capsule for a family's memory, designed for the generations who'll live in it after.

Who We Serve

Silverstone builds for Arizona homeowners with the means and judgment to choose carefully. Most of our clients have lived in quality homes before. They've worked with builders, watched promises slip during execution, and arrived at us already knowing what they're not willing to compromise on.

The projects tend to share a few traits. They're sited in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Queen Creek, or the hillside communities further east even though the team can also build in Utah and Texas. The majority of their attention is in Phoenix and top tier projects across Arizona.

The homes are substantial, thoughtfully designed residences, often ranging from 9,000 to 18,000 square feet, with some considerably larger and others more modest in scale. What matters more than square footage is the level of detail and complexity involved. These are projects that may include features most builders aren't equipped to execute: tunnels between structures, multi-level basements, indoor sport courts, hidden walk-ins, and integrated pool and landscape design that holds together with the architecture instead of arriving as an afterthought.

What our clients share isn't a budget bracket. It's a posture. They expect the people building their home to care about it the way they would, and they recognize that posture when they see it.
