Silverstone Construction and Design Corp., doing business as Silverstone Luxury Homes ("Silverstone," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through azsilverstone.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect contact information that you choose to give us so we can respond to your inquiry about building, designing, or remodeling a home. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information you give us. When you submit a form on our website, call us, or email us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your project — such as your location, timeline, budget range, or what you have in mind for your home.
You decide what to tell us. If you would rather not provide a particular detail, you can leave it out or contact us by phone instead.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We use Google Analytics for this. It helps us understand which pages are useful and how people find us. We do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card information through this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Discuss your project, prepare estimates, and schedule consultations

Text Messages
If you provide your mobile number, a member of our team may text you about your inquiry or your project — for example, to confirm a walkthrough time or send a quick update. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at 480-580-2293.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, lead aggregators, or other companies for their own marketing.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who help us operate. Our website host, email provider, and analytics provider necessarily process information in the course of running those services on our behalf. They are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
- Trade partners on your project. If you become a client, we may need to share relevant project details with the architects, designers, subcontractors, or suppliers working on your home — limited to what they need to do the work.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, client and inquiry records may transfer as part of that transaction. Any successor would remain bound by this policy.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make the site function properly (for example, page caching and performance), and to power Google Analytics.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you get back in touch. We keep records relating to actual construction projects longer, because Arizona law and our warranty obligations require it. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of in that regard.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including secure hosting and limiting access to the people who need it. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers through our website forms.

Children's Privacy
